More precisely, we hate computers that don’t work.  That’s why we’ve spent the last 25 years in the trenches: up all night in freezing cold server rooms, on-call 24 hours a day for Fortune 500 companies, keeping thousands of end-users and their company websites online.  And, in our off-time (ha, ha) helping our neighbors learn how to open jpeg files on their emails.  The two aren’t as different as you’d think.

Where Are You?

Because of our Remote Access Software, we’re essentially everywhere you are.  We can log on to your computers (with your permission, of course) from any offsite location to diagnose problems anytime you need us.  We also offer onsite assistance and drop-off locations in the greater Raleigh/Durham area.

Will This Be Expensive?

When we first meet, the initial diagnostic is FREE*.  .During that time, we can offer you options based on your needs and budget.  And since we can access your computer from anywhere, we can do it faster and cheaper than most.
